Let me start the weekend with a Fruited Sour Ale from 🇵🇱. Foggy, orange-juice-colored beer with crippled carbonation releases an off-white, small-bubbled head that falls short of one finger. Short retention shrinks the foamy cap to a thin lace ring circling the top. The olfactory provision is relatively sweet juicy: I'm getting especially peach, orange juice and jam-like kumquat peel. There's also a distinct perfumy nuance that hints at bergamot rather than yuzu. Perhaps also a pinch of mango flavored candy is observable. The taste offers straightforward yuzu, it's so zippy. Mushy peach, orange zest, passionfruit and a small injection of sweet apple alternate on the tongue. Kumquat is modest but presents itself in the form of both sour flesh and sweet peel. Very juicy. The body is light. The finish continues pretty much on the beaten track but the sour parameters of the citruses intensify in the end. The fragrant side of yuzu pops up first more boldly but retreats hastily to the shadows. The aftertaste sends tropical greetings but disappears then rushedly. The mouthfeel is zesty, juicy, fragrant, medium-tart and puckering. The carbonation is on the weaker side, therefore, the mouthfeel is also a tad flat. Nevertheless, the beer offers flavors that are not very common in this beerstyle, and because of exactly that, this may also be divisive.

Kuohkea 2 sormen paksuinen vaahto sameassa kellertävässä, virkistävässä ja suun pintoja peittävässä oluessa. Kylhän se Kumkvatti ottaa taas pääosan mausta, muutkin ruvennut käyttään tätä kuin Polskit jossa oikeen hitti. Hedelmäinen ja sopivan hapan ja makea. Hedelmäinen.
