"Canterbury Jack" got its name from the nickname worked during fairs on the cathedral square in Kent artisans (tinkers, shoemakers, coppersmiths), who were notorious throughout the county for their fraudulent tricks. This light, refreshing ale, created in a modern style, brewed by hand from a mixture of two malts (Pale and Crystal) and aromatic hop varieties Cascade and East Kent Goldings, which are grown only a few miles from the brewery.

Hiukan hedelmäinen tuoksu. Maultaan hyvin perusale. Vahva maku noinkin pienille volteille.
