This American IPA uses some of our favorite classic NW hops in the boil and copious amounts of Azacca and Simcoe for late hopping. These varieties drive wonderfully hoppy notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, tangerine, stone fruit and pine into the flavor and aroma. A small percentage of the malt bill uses rye malt as a supporting role to help create a biscuity malt balance and a smooth body. This approachable and delicious IPA appeals to a wide variety of drinkers.
