330ml brown glass, crown cap; pours a hazy dark brown to black, light tan head to start with, but disappears quickly, looser bubbles; on the nose medium roasted malt, chocolate notes and coffee grounds, smells absolutely divine – rich and indulgent chocolate and coffee; in the mouth smooth and indulgent, slightly tart undertones build a beautiful structure to the malty sweetness and dry coffee and chocolate roasted character; overall a well-executed bottle conditioned oatmeal stout – its tart, its rich in malt notes and its bloody indulgent! One of my top 3 stouts of the year I would say, it is THAT good!
