Spännande öl, första gången jag provar en Berliner Weisse. Kraftig doft.

Weather here is just too nice not to drink beer in Patio! From tap. Temperature:? Golden, good clarity. Very small head doesn't last very long: 3/5 Nose: lovely peach/passionfruit coming strong, bright citrus. No sourness. Very refreshing! 4/5 Light, but No where near watery mouthfeel, now there's some sourness. Medium-high carbonation. Very much likeable: 4,5/5 Taste: sweet peach/passionfruit, citrus, touch of salt, low intensity sourness. Refreshing and quite bright taste: 11,25/15 Nice Berliner weisse. Peachy and passionfruit flavours and aromas fit here perfectly. Also nice to taste Berliner weisses that are not so sour: 16/20 =38,75/50

Passionate, a bit of yogurt-like flavour. Like passion yogurt in beer form. Good flavour and feel. Interesting. Works as a small portion at least. Aftertaste is a bit watery, and it's overall barely tart, so easy to sip.

Runsaasti passionia, melkoisen kevyt noin yleisesti mutta kyllähän tätä nauttisi vaikka enemmänkin. Todella helppoa juotavaa. Passionin lisäksi ehkä se aavistus jogurtia myös maussa tuomassa pehmeyttä.
