Pours with deep golden color and slightly hazy with medium head. Aroma has citrusy notes with funky medium barnyard aroma. Very interesting peated whisky tones! Flavor is lightly sweet with light round malttiness. Citrusy sourness with hints of red apples and red grapes. Easy going funkiness, medium barnyard and earthy tones. Finishing with a medium oak and light bitterness with herbal tones👌 The mouthfeel is round and full, lightened by medium strong carbonation. Quite strong tannins also dry the mouthfeel nicely. Very interesting beer that hits my sweet spot of american farmhouse ales but still is a true lambic! Have a lambic and rejoice life!
