Harvinainen Hiisi jemmasta testiin. Tynnyrikypsytetty Kuu kyseessä. Joulukuulle päiväystä,ollu ainaki vuoden kaapissa jemmassa,jossain vaiheessa vuonna 22 ostettu.
Tuoksussa on tynnyrisyyttä hienosti, tamminen ja viinimäisen kuiva.
Maku on alkuun makeahkon maltainen ,mutta nopeasti viinimäisyys kuivattaa suun. Ei hapanolutmaisen hapan,vaan juurikin viininen. Tynnyrisyyttä on jälkimakua kohti enemmän, miellyttävä liuku. Suht helppo juotava,vaikkakin prosentit aistii.
En tiedä mitä ollut tuoreena, hyvä ainakin näin 🙂

Lightly hazy straw yellow White Wine Pale Ale with no foam head at all. This is barrel aged version of the regular Kuu. Like it much better or this a better occasion 😆 today some tartness seems to hit the spot.
Aroma reminds Barley Wine with a vinous tint. Taste starts with white wine grapes and floral citrus. Some grassy herbs, spices and wheat malts smoothness. Light wooden barrel tones.
Could work with smoked salmon or other fish dish 🧐

Utuinen, tummankeltainen. Lähes vaahdoton. Tuoksu valkoviiniä. Maku kuiva ja raikas valkoviininen ja hedelmäinen(BB10/12/23)
