The can looks delicious. I crack it open and pour the content in a glass. The beer shows a semicloudy, deep gold color. The playful carbonation manages to push a white, minuscule-bubbled head that barely reaches one finger. Short retention kills all decorations to zero. The nose picks sweet orange and kumquat peel that whirl around fragrant bergamot. There's an additional floral vibe among the olfactory elements, like magnolia. Overall, deep fruity and somewhat heavy but simultaneously intriguingly ripe mushy. I wonder if the taste profile follows this canned fruity route... Let me find out! Very fruity and juicy, loads of orange zest, canned mandarin, kumquat peel and medium-sweet passionfruit. The flavor package is indeed sweet, vanilla is obvious but do I also get lactose here? I'm pretty positive that I do. The body is medium-full. The finish brings the sweet, canned, ripe fruity flavors all the way to the end. The pretty aftertaste is walkin' down the street, it's the kind I like to meet. The mouthfeel is rather full, juicy, zesty, tropical, a tad heavy and ripe. Certainly fragrant. The mouthfeel is also slightly tart and distantly puckering as well as lip-glueing and relatively flat. Not a jackpot.
