Cotswold Cider is made from 100% juice, not from concentrate. We use 100% British apples – 20% English desert apples and 80% traditional English cider apples. We have created a traditional looking product by making our cider slightly cloudy to get that traditional scrumpy look. It is refreshingly different and tastes of the apples from which it is created.
