Less foam than last year. But otherwise very similar. I really like these big bottle saisons from O/O!

Huge head! Loads of foam. Aroma: Yeast, orange. Smells well rounded. Taste: Smooth! Fairly sweet for a saison. It’s mostly yeasty and malty. Orange-zest. There’s a hint of that peppery rye. Well made saison! One of the best saisons I’ve tried.
