Muddy, yellow beer with modest, short-lived carbonation creates a pure white, silky head that climbs up to one finger. The foamy cap descends rather rapidly to a thin lace ring on top. The withdrawing foam leaves a few tiny spots on the wall of the glass. The scent is very fruity with bags of lemon pulp and lemon peel as well as a gentle injection of fermented banana. The taste is refreshing: light-bitter lemon zest, a good amount of lemon peel, a tiny dollop of orange juice and faint fermented banana. A yeasty note whirls with wheat malt and lingers nicely on the taste receptors. The light-bodied beer ends with a bit yeasty wheat malt, accompanied by a tad lemon pulp and peel. Banana has disappeared from the finish. The duration of the aftertaste is short. The mouthfeel is light, distantly tart, really refreshing and soft.
