The Opposite
10.6% Imperial Stout
Collaboration with Moersleutel Craft Brewery. A while back our dear friends at @moersleutelcraftbrewery came to visit us. Together with the stoutmasters and beer engineers we brewed a thick and heavy imperial stout with flavours of oak, sherry, roasted nuts and vanilla. The beer is brewed together with Pedro Ximénez Sherry which also gives it some fruity tones.

Hanasta. Miellyttävä vaniljainen tuoksu. Suklainen hieman metallinen maku. Sherry tynnyri tuo oman mukavan vivahteensa makuun.

Imperial Stout with Pedro Ximénez Sherry, 🤔. Blandis vai tynnyrissä uinut? Maussa on tummaa suklaata, vaniljaa, mausteisuutta, paahteisuutta ja hieman rypäleisyyttä. Suutuntuma on täyteläinen, laktoosi tuo paksuutta, eikä ole häiritsevästi esillä. Jälkimaussa on aavistus kuivuutta, mutta muuta tynnyrikypsytykseen viittaavaa ei löydy.
