The friend who got me this described it as fantastic hoppy port, and he’s exactly right.
This massive 12.2% imperial Christmas cake porter is packed full of fruit flavour and has a long, warming finish.
If this being flavoured with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, orange, sultana & cherry, with added lactose for creaminess wasn’t enough, it’s then aged using brandy oak chips
