Having a Monday Night Brewing beer out of the can. Their Birmingham facility is fabulous. Starts with a very small white head. Lasts a while. Very pale yellow color with just a tiny amount of haze. Aroma is sweet with notes of corn. Light texture. First flavor is semi-sweet lager with a touch of sour lime peel. Has a bitter kick in the finish. Did not really enjoy this. Flavor was to be of a Mexican lager which did not come across well. The flavors even seemed artificial. Food would have helped cover all of this up but as a standalone I can't recommend it. Disappointing for one of my new favorite breweries.
