Kuohkea 1 sormen paksuinen nopeasti häviävä vaahto ruskeassa kuultavassa, virkistävässä ja suun pintoja peittävässä oluessa. Tammitynnyrit ja tammilastut antavat makua, vaniljaa löytyy. Oluessa on upeahko kuivuus. Hedelmäinen, maustemainen ja yrttimäinen.
