My favorite place in Geneva 🇨🇭 The one and only AU COIN MOUSSE! I have missed being here!! Feels good! Flight 1/4. One dl portions all. Clear amber beer with a modest tiny-bubbled head. Soon the top is adorned by a gossamer lace ring only. The scent is fantabulous: sour Lambic-y! Loads of wild yeast, sour white grape and a strong vinous vibe emanate in the air. Soooo lovely! The taste profile puckers my tongue to a dry raisin! I pick extraordinarily sour white grape, a bit of wheat malt, dry white wine and wild yeast. Wow! This is a banger! The body is light despite 7.5 %. The finish twists even more in the vinous direction but otherwise sustains the fruity identity for a long time. The mouthfeel is light, vinous, modestly funky, tart and puckering. It's not Belgiany though. Makes me wanna grind my teeth. 🧡🧡
