Smells of sour raspberries. The fruit itself.
Very red in colour.
Tastes very sour. But I do also get raspberries.

Foggy, garnet beer with a faith purple tint and perky carbonation gives first an overpouring froth. The foaming settles down when part of the beer is poured in a glass.
The olfactory supply is composed of sour raspberry mash, lactic acid and wheat malt, the two latter components in rather moderate volumes though.
The gustatory side is natural like lactic acid fermented raspberry mash. Wheat malt is still recognizable in the background. I can also pick surprisingly distinct redcurrant and a smaller injection of cranberry. This beer contains also yogurt but I can't detect it, only the lactic acid that most likely originates from yogurt.
The body is light. The finish doesn't deviate from the known route at all. The aftertaste munches fresh raspberries straight from the bush and gets millions of raspberry seeds stuck between its teeth.
The mouthfeel is light, medium-tart but not really puckering. It's acidic, rich in berries as well as considerably natural.
