I've been sitting on this one for a while, not knowing when to crack it open. Just did it tonight. Aroma: Mostly bourbon. Sweetness. Taste: Upfront there’s a lot of bourbon, sweetness and roasted malts. Very fast this beer turns towards the honey. The sweet honey has a big impact on this beer. Boozy but smooth.
