Y'all's Bock
Texas-Style Bock
4.8% ABV / 18 IBU
Caramel and toffee notes from malts are balanced by the addition of hops to create a super drinkable, classic bock beer that will have you saying, “hey y’all, try this!” after just one sip.

In Texas with family having another Revolver Brewing Texas beer. Had this on tap at the San Antonio Beer festival. That was a day filled with lots of beer and it was toward the end so I'll rate it again today.
Had a decent head but disappeared. Color is a translucent cola brown. Aroma is a very earthy and rustic malt. Light texture. Flavor brings a deep hearty Amber with woodsy characteristics. Slight bittersweet at the beginning turning more bitter and dry through the finish.

At the 2001 San Antonio Beer Festival with my son-in-law having quite a few samples.
Clear, deep orange in color. Kind of an autumn orange. Light flavorful earthy and crisp. Has some very smooth notes of caramel. Very drinkable.
