Another beer with my son-in-law and daughter in Houston Texas from 903 breweries. The sack squash series has always produced excellent beers so my expectations are high. Almost no head. Opaque brown color with almost no effervescence. Moderately thick texture. Strong peanut butter aroma with some notes of chocolate. Boosie. Flavor starts with a blast of alcohol quickly followed by the peanut butter and dark chocolate. Absolutely wonderful balance of flavors. Second sip reveals light notes of the vanilla. Unique beer in that there is no middle or finish. Same flavor from first through a long lasting palette of flavor. Absolutely fabulous beer.
