Paikallista olutta Calabrian alueelta. Tästä löytyi jo vähän makuja, mutta todella mieto (mauton) olut tämäkin.

Pehmeä ja ilmava. Ei kovin maltainen, varsin mieto humalointi. Maistuu hyvin Tropeassa.

Happan kirpeän sitruksinen, jopa sen verran että muut peittyy. Aika maltillinen runko.

Lucid, yellow to pale gold beer with decent carbonation unleashes a small-bubbled head that climbs up to one finger. A thinner lacing adorns the top longer. The fragrance is extraordinarily citrusy: I get grapefruit zest and lemon pulp, first and foremost, as well as a pinch of whitepepper. There's also a floral note like elderflower. The taste receptors find colossal grapefruit juice and lemon pulp, a pinch of grass, strong lime and wheat malt. No pepper, nor floral. The body is thin. The finish is citrusy but slightly more crisp than upfront. The duration is long. The mouthfeel is thin, a bit crisp, extremely zesty and even zippy. it's very refreshing.but quite blunt.
