Getting close to the October season so let's try some pumpkin beers. Starts with a small thin head that dissipates completely. Color is a very deep hazy orange. Spice and pumpkin aroma, nice. Flavor is strong cinnamon blended with maybe some nutmeg or other spice. The pumpkin flavor follows that getting toward the finish adding the smallest touch of hops. It ends with a sweet pumpkin, cinnamon and spices trailing off slowly. A strong flavored ale that lasts long after a normal finish.
