With our Commitment Imperial Stout, we pushed our limits. For this special variation, we created another layer of love by adding real raspberries during fermentation. The result is "I Love you This Much", and immense, rich imperial stout with notes of dark chocolate balanced by tart raspberries. Reminiscent of raspberry chocolate mousse, falling in love with a beer has never been easier.

Having this as a Duo beer with my son-in-law in Houston. Brought this back from Houston from an excellent brewery, Saint Arnold. Been saving this for his 700th beer. High expectations.
Very dark brown, relatively high head. Aroma has a lot of alcohol and a little raspberry on the end. First sip - - wow! Just to be sure, second sip double- wow! I have never had a beer that screamed 5.0 so fast. To start, very creamy and velvety smooth. Alcohol forward, strong but pleasant. Quickly followed by exquisite raspberry, both tart and somewhat sweet. Then towards the finish, salty and bittersweet dark chocolate predominates. Each flavor dominated its phase and relinquished to the next. The finish slowly blended all three into a fading beautiful memory. As it warmed, it became more alcohol forward pushing the dark chocolate farther back.
My biggest disappointment in this beer was taking the last sip, realizing I may never have another. My son-in-law and I both agree he needs to go find more of this before it disappears forever. Strongest 5.0 of ever given.
