At my son's having Thanksgiving with family members. Been looking forward to this beer, a good Chattanooga Tennessee brew. Short head. Very deep reddish brown color. Sweet malty aroma, has notes of caramel. Very smooth, nutty sweet, mild caramel in a brisk and light textured beer. Very lightly roasted nutty malt. Very drinkable and delicious beer.
