Is a Belgian-style strong ale brewed with the addition of an abundance of honey.  It pours a deep golden color, with a very effervescent nose. It has pronounced esters of bubble-gum and banana, typical of a Belgian-style beer. But with the addition of 240lbs. of honey per batch as well a nice malty backbone, you’ll notice flavors reminiscent of honey spread on toast.
