Ihan menettelevä Amber. Maussa mallasta ja hieman karamellia. Runko on aika ohut.

A very special beer indeed. Many kinds of flavours ranging from acidy, almost like sour beer-taste, to rich amber with full body and a special after taste which is full of aroma and a tiny hint of spicy flavor.

Now something truly local: this beer is from Tropea, Calabria 🇮🇹
Somewhat misty, deep copper beer with introvert carbonation produces a creamy, spongy head that finds itself at the altitude of two fingers. Fairly long retention secures a neat layer adorning the top.
The olfactory medley is composed of caramel malt but not caramel as such, a bit of mandarin as well as a hoppy sigh. In addition, I get a distant alcoholic tang emanating to my nostrils. It's weird since this is only 5.2 %.
The taste is a bit sharp but not alcoholic. That's good. I find hefty brown caramel malt, bitter orange peel, lemon pith and faint cookie. I can also recognize a peppery hint to complete the experience.
The body is light to light-medium. The finish drops some of its fruity side and turns slightly more tangy. The finish lingers in the mouth for a surprisingly long time.
The mouthfeel is somewhat light, medium-crisp, a little lip-glueing and modestly dry. Doesn't follow the besten track of Amber Ales too closely but doesn't offer much improvement either.
