One beer amidst snow ploughing. The beer colors cloudy, like strawberry juice. Subdued carbonation offers a white, tiny-bubbled head that exceeds one finger. Soon the head dwindles to a thin lace ring. Raspberry dominates in the scent and is accompanied by some blackcurrant juice. Wheat malt supports the juicy segment. A pinch of lactic acid can also be observed. The tongue likes the juicy medley of blackcurrant, redcurrant, cranberry and raspberry. Quite nice. Wheat malt, again, plays its important function in the background. Acidity is modest on the tastebuds, could also be rounded somewhat with lactose. The body is light. The ABV is only 3.5 %, hence this is a good thirst quencher. The finish lifts raspberry higher but maintains blackcurrant also in its file. I can't find other berries in the end. The mouthfeel is juicy, light, mildly tart and faintly acidic. It's very refreshing and balanced. Palatable low-alc beer.

Todella makeutusaineinen, huhheijaa. Ihan juotava, though.
