Yukon Cornelius is our annual ode to the onset of winter. The recipe changes every year inspired by the Holiday Season. For this year’s batch we brewed a robust winter warmer with a rich reddish brown color, medium body and thick creamy head. Inspired by fresh gingerbread we brewed a malty strong ale with orange peel, ginger, cardamom, clove and cinnamon in the kettle and then dry hopped this ale with ginger, orange peel and vanilla beans !
