Clean, crisp light bodied wheat beer with a little extra spritz. Sweet toasted wheat meets German aroma hops that lend this easy drinking brew a melon to almost berry like aroma and flavor. At 4.8% abv and a mere 23 IBU, you can honestly drink this all day.
Sam Patch, also known as the “Yankee Leaper” was one of the first great American daredevils after successfully jumping Niagara Falls in 1829. The “Yankee Leaper” then came to Rochester in November of 1829 and successfully jumped the 99 foot High Falls into the Genesee River. After a poor turnout for his first jump, Patch came back a week later and jumped the same falls but this time from a 25 foot stand on top of the 99 foot falls. This jump would prove to be his last.
