Drank this a while back. New beer in Pint Please. Bottled on 10.12.2020 Temperature: +15 C Beautiful deep copper color. Very fast head. Quite a thick texture: 3,5/5 The nose is elegant and heavy with both dried and sweet apricots, marmalade, caramel, and malty notes. Intense and fruity-sweet: 4,25/5 The mouthfeel is medium-full, warming with creamy carbonation which increases the thickness of the mouthfeel: 4/5 The taste starts with a fruity sweetness and Ripe fruits with alcohol are very evident. marmalade/sugary sweetness... Too much sweetness in the taste. The beer could be more balanced if it would have some more maltiness as well as bitterness to it: 10,25/15 Intense Barleywine but way too sweet for my liking. Would be interesting to see what some aging would to this beer: 14/20 =36/50
