White Cap Wheat is a summer favorite among beer lovers on Keuka Lake. Light and refreshing, it is brewed with a 60/40 split between malted barley and wheat, then hopped up with Chinook and Tettnang hops. We also spice it in the traditional witbier fashion with corridander seed and orange peel then ferment it with a specialty wheat beer yeast to produce banana and clove like flavors. This beer is crisp and effervescent, the perfect pairing for Keuka Lake's favorite season. Look for a blueberry version available in the tasting room only.
