So this is a foederbier. It has the wood taste but doesn’t really taste like oak as advertised. It’s almost more of a sawdust type of taste. My best description is like you just sawed up some wood with the smell in the air and the taste it leaves in your mouth. It did seem to improve by the time I was finishing up tho Now it does have hints of vanilla. It has very light grassy hops and bready malt. Overall it’s good but I’ve had better foeder beers. Here it is with the mini mountain of green beans I picked today.
