Our latest collab with the fam @eqbrewery is a ripper. We took our grain bill from our last DIPA and amped it up. We then loaded this beer with Nelson, Citra, Galaxy, Wakatu, Rakau and Idaho 7 hops to raise the stakes. Enjoy this one.

This one is quite largely hyped through out the US. Glad to have the chance to to see it through myself.

AROMA: Clearly a beer that needs time to warm up. Afterwards it gives fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, some honeydew and lemons.
HEAD: Two finger tall, fluffy and airy. Dissepates quite swiftly.

Okay. Let’s dive in.
Oomph the grainbill is massively wheaty! Whoah! Taste gives sweet wheat, fresh honeydew, dragonfruit seeds and lychee in minor role. It’s a sweet piece this one. Damn sweet. Mouthfeel is airy and soft bubbled, easy and still, sweet. It’s a bit too sweet to me, yeap. Aftertaste has lingering pineapples and cantaloupe with wheat cover.
OTHER NOTES:
Too sweet for my taste. Would be really damn nice without that aspect.
