This is a very traditional German Marzen designed to be lagered for many months. The long cold storage allows flavors to mellow and create an incredibly smooth beer. While it is not normally RNBC’s goal to replicate traditional styles, we feel this one is quite possibly the best Oktoberfest on the market and therefore make an exception.
