Sour and funky farmhouse-style beer blended with Argentine Torrontés grapes. Lemony, dry, floral and fresh with a smooth and elegant finish.

Opening the bottle gave a huge burst of sour funk. The pour was a mixed bag, started lively with lots of foam and bubbles then settled quickly to a hazy body with no head at all.
The aroma is beautifully sour, lots of citrus and the barrel ageing has given lots of white grape with some passionfruit too.
Mouthfeel is a little crisp with lots of bubbles and the sour notes give lots of bite. The tongue is left tingling for some time after.
Taste is very lively, it starts with some sweet melon and white grape, then the passionfruit floods in. Leaves a very dry and white wine style aftertaste.
A fantastic saison.

Fruité et frais, fortement acidulée. Une bonne surprise pour cette craft d'Argentine.
