It pours a crystal clear, very pale golden colour with a thin, white head. Aroma is citrussy. Flavour is also citrussy with a tangy, moreish finish. Light, easy to drink and good for a designated driver. You wouldn't think this was brewed with mushrooms.

Good alcohol free beer. Flavour a bit short but can taste overtones of mushroom.
