Coco et whisky sont étonnamment pas écœurant, brasserie brésilienne que je connaissais et je n'étais pas le seul vu les sold out 😁

GREY’S VIEW
Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey & Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey blend. Treated w/ Toasted Coconut, Maple Syrup, Roasted Hazelnuts & Cinnamon.
Ok. Let’s try this one.
Liquid chocolate. Thick, slow, molasses and what else? But! It feels pure.
Mouthfeel is overwhelmingly slow, oily, sugary and wannabe thick. Viscosity is topped on this one. But it’s not unlikeable!
It’s like liquid chocolate ganache with toasted nuts and coconuts and sugars everywhere! Kinda funny, since it seems to keep its form really well. Barrels are nowhere to be found, if those little nips and snaps aren’t counted. It’s incredibly one sided and demanding, but there is something really nice in there too…
…let’s take a short break and get back at this in a short while…
Yeap. It’s somewhat boozy and nicely warming, but the promised barrels just aren’t there. Which is the most profound minus to this piece. I mean, really!
Aftertaste has some soft hazelnutty and velvety rose leaf feel to it, coated with more sugars of course.
OTHER NOTES:
Hard to say. I did expect some barrels, but really, they just wasn’t there. It’s mostly just sugars and some spices although suprizingly nice to enjoy.
