Here’s another Digital Fermentory brew. Exciting to have this, since I kinda like the beers from IPA family.
BEER: Fabricated Truth
BREWERY: Digital Fermentory
BEER STYLE: NEIPA
COUNTRY: Finland
ABV.: 6.8%
COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple Juice Yellow (13.0)
BITTERS (EBU/IBU): 48.0
AROMA: Dank fruity. White grapey, rustic. Evolves nicely, giving bit more when warming up.
HEAD: Two-to-three finger tall. Tight. Dissepates with strong rafty sugar coating.

Hüll Melon, Amarillo & BRU-1 Dry Hopped NEIPA.
Ok. It has good stuff in there. Taste offers light fruits (mostly pineapples and oranges), young gooseberries with lesser amount of grapefruit juice and hints from ripe stonefruits. It has lots of juicy elements in there. They work well together.
Mouthfeel is round, easy, soft and quite rapid. It has bit different kind of roundiness in there, kinda like airballoon bursting and giving the air out - sort of. Mouthfeel misses some hazy feel to it; it being easy and enjoyable, but bit pointless like this. I’d like it to have more hazy feel to it; the turbid cloudiness from oats I mean. Carbonation is nicely creamy, playing well along. Ah…is there a pinch of watery feel in there? On the background, closer to end(?).
Aftertaste has nice being to it. Easy going and light kiwi peels, lemons and white grapes. Dry hop rate is damn nice, creating the slightest feel of snips and snaps to the tip of tongue and mouth.
OTHER NOTES:
I really like what the tasteprofile tries to showcase to me, bit countryside juice feel there. It’s no way bad in any way, just a bit too easygoing to my mouth.
Again, as with the previous DF beer, it’s just damn relaxing to have this one. Tiny bit of sunshine in a bottle 🙂
