BEER: In The Steep DDH Azacca BREWERY: Outer Range Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: NEIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 6.7% COLOUR (EBC): Pineapple Juice Yellow (13.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Spircy, aromatic, dank and bit citrusy. HEAD: Damn creamy and build really tight lacing. GREY’S VIEW Citra & Azacca hopped NEIPA. Taste starts with refreshing lemon juice. Also that bit spicy, desert flower kind of taste follows through. Mouthfeel is bit drying, medium-ish bodied with easy goings. But I like what Azacca brings to this. It’s well over underrated hop. The juicy feel is there all along, but it’s nuanced with tropical and desert flowers all the way and that’s like so fun and delightful to encouter. OTHER NOTES: Outer Range is one damn hard to find brewery to me, or, their beers are that anyway. I recommend you to have these as fresh as possible and take all of them if you come accross any.
