Driving through South Dakota on my way to Montana. Stopped in the small town of Mitchell, South Dakota and went to the Back 40 Taproom and Grill. Great food and great selection of beers both local and not. Dark brown color, short head poured into this martini glass. Very earthy flavor, a little roasted bark. Smooth and soft. Has a hint of bitterness during the earthy finish.
