Mousse ocre légère Robe ambrée limpide, moyennes bulles Nez fruité (fruits rouges) et épicé Amertume assez marquée en attaque, plus faible ensuite Arômes caramel, notes de fruits sec (noix) Le sucre reste en corps (et encore pour une Mélusine) C'est bon mais ça manque d'individualité 🍻
