Well this went down a treat. Reminds me of my local breweries Mosaic single hopped beer but with Citra and Nelson Sauvin in the mix there’s added dimensions. Blueberry, stone fruits and the ubiquitous vinous notes we come to love from Nelson Sauvin! Yes keep sipping and gooseberry comes through too. Good beer to end the night on… edit, having another pint cos my train is delayed 😂
