
Collaboration with HI-LO Lounge. Hybrid of Belgian Saison/ English Bitter/ German Pils. Made from Barke Pilsner malt, Riverbend Appalachian wheat, Crisp Torrefied wheat. Bittered with Spalter Select hops then run through the hopback with tons of Saphir whole cone hops. Fermented with saison yeast in wide shallow tanks then lagered.
