Une blanche pour couper la dégustation. Cardamome et fleur de genièvre. Biere très fleurie et épicée. Légère et désaltérante. Une blanche spécial. Je valide

This is the first beer of a, for me, pretty big beer haul. I like the archaic bottle design. After opening the bottle the cardamom and juniper berry reach the nose. It pours a cloudy, very pale yellow with a bright white and firm head. The beer is refreshing, about 20EBU. It is reminiscent of other Witbier, but very differently and abundantly spiced. This is probably not to everyone's taste, but I like it.
