New take on an old label, but I think I prefer the old one. Poured excellently giving just the right amount of carbonation and foam, leaving a juicy looking yellow body with a reasonable orange hue. There was also a nice one and a half fingers worth of white foamy head which didnt last unfortunately but the layers of carbonation rocketing up the side of the glass did last. Scent is incredulously juicy, a firm backbone of mango, with tonnes of orange and passionfruit on top. I think there is a faint trace of pine resin behind all this but I honestly can't be sure through all this juice. Mouthfeel was crispy and refreshing at first but this dissipated quickly. The medium body was maintained with the juiciness and a moderate foaminess which left a coating in the mouth. There is a slight soapiness in the opener but this passes quickly and the remaining taste is lucious. A small pineapple kick in thr first hit which is quickly drowned in a tsunami of orange and mango, laced with passionfruit. A layer of sweetness, quickly drowned by a layer of bitterness, quickly drowned by a layer of sweetness, quickly drowned by a layer of bitterness, and so on until the end. The aftertaste shows a little bitter malt and a respectable amount of pine resin. A very good tropical ipa.
