Das Hopfenseer Hell ist ein Lohnbräu, im Internet wird kolportiert, dass die Ustersbacher Brauerei dahinterstecken könnte. Nichts Genaues also zur Herstellung des optisch sehr ansprechenden Getränks. Geschmacklich reiht sich das Helle in den Reigen der billig produzierten Biere ein. Lahm, etwas fade und langweilig.
