750ml green glass; pours a crystal clear gold, effervescent; on the nose citrus notes and orchard floor, cooked applesauce, fresh apples, sweet apple juice, ghosts of horse blanket, but very very subtle ; in the mouth stewed apples, green apple skins, juicy and full, light to medium body, gentle carbonation, light refreshing sweetness without being cloying, lasting aftertaste which reminds of apple flesh and skins; overall refreshing and subtle, but but oodles of apples, an unmistakably Cidre de Bretagne to be enjoyed in the sun (or the shade if you’re like me) highly recommended!
