Traveling through Texas and made a quick stop at Seguin Brewing Company. Nice small brewery in Seguin Texas. Small taste samples of six of their beers and decided to try two 5 oz samplers. First is their Bock style beer. Very dark brown but clear. Frothy head. Thin texture, earthy and malty flavor. Has some sour bitterness on the finish. Chocolate comes in as a faint sweeter but only in an understated way. Stronger flavor profile than most box. Enjoyed it except for the slightly sour finish.
