0,5l can from Rastal Craft Master One. Canned 19.04.21. Pale golden beer with subtle white foam. For some reason I was expecting a DNEIPA, but this is DIPA. Fruity scent with oranges, pineapple and lemon. Some hay on the background. Medium to high carbonation. Mouthfeel is oily and pretty thick. Dry and slightly soapy lemon first bite. Bitter grapefruit and dry white wine. Peach, apricot and pineapple. Dry hay with grass and caramel. Onions and herbs with some dry wood and flowers. Odd taste, not a bad taste, but it feels like something is not working here. Overall taste is dry and mouthwatering. Ends with bitter lemon, grass and soap. Not a winner. Too dry with odd flavors. And I hate soap.

Alkoholi tässä ei kyl maistu, IBUjakin taisi olla hieman päälle parikymmentä mutta siitä huolimatta hieman nipistää kielen kärjestä.
