At Whiskey River Ranch having the last beer on a great day of beer experiences. Was in Montana recently where boysenberry was the predominant berry of the region. This may bring back some great memories. Heavy aroma of strong sweet dark fruit, notes of bourbon, add some wheat cereal. Exceedingly creamy, strong flavor. Since I was recently exposed to the boysenberry flavor in Montana, this now familiar fruit comes at me strong. Love it. A small touch of vanilla to smooth it out. Bourbon not there, can't find it. Cinnamon toward the finish. Becomes a little tart. No bitterness. All excellent. Runs through the finish with a sweet boysenberry syrup, cinnamon, that slowly drifts until a pleading return sip. Shared a pint can with my son-in-law. Not enough. Will be going to find more tomorrow.

Having a dark day Sunday. Has a strong boysenberry and cinnamon taste with a hint of vanilla. No real bourbon barrel aspects except the vanilla. It is also quite thin. Overall not really my cup of tea. Rated it fairly high since it mostly meets what was listed on the can. Glad I tried but won’t seek. My condolences to the Finnish team fans for the IIHF championship. I was routing for you since we also lost to Canada. It was a great game tho. Nothing like overtime hockey. 🏒🏒🏒
